The profit from online sales will be processed at the conclusion of your fundraiser each season.
The leader must login to their DMB account and END the fundraiser. This step will disable your URL and no additional sales will be taken until enabled again.
In the Spring Season, the flower bulbs get shipped by location with the warmer areas getting shipped in the first of three phases.
In the Fall Season, the flower bulbs get shipped beginning in Mid-September (around September 15th).
Every package of flower bulbs comes complete with planting instructions directly on the label.
No, you can place ONE order and include the names of all you are supporting at the checkout area.

Fundraising with Dutch Mill Bulbs is quite flexible and you can choose your own dates to fundraise within our seasons.
Most groups fundraise for 3 weeks, some a little more or less.
We recommend placing all orders well before the last day of the season.
When your order leaves our facility, you can expect an email with the tracking information so you can plan for its arrival accordingly.
For LARGE orders, DMB recommends TWO people work together to unbox the order.

You should distribute the flower bulbs within 24-48 hours of receiving them if possible. Doing so will give your supporters the best chance of success with the bulbs.
Delaying delivery or storing the flower bulbs inside the boxes for too long is not good for flower bulbs/bare root plants & can potentially void the Grow Guarantee.
Any order with less than 35 items will incur a shipping fee. Most individual orders do not meet that requirement.

Yes, all orders are shipped directly to the address entered by your supporter when the order is placed.
They are shipped in the order we receive them, so no waiting for your main order to be submitted before we ship to your online customers.

We do NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, territories, AFO/APO addresses.
