Who do my customers (supporters) make their checks payable to?
- Please have your supporters make their checks payable to your group ONLY

How do I know if anyone made a purchase for to support me online?
- Your supporters can enter your name upon checkout of online sales
- Leaders have access to monitor all online sales and salespeople
When do I receive my profits from the fundraiser?
- Keep your profit right away when selling by brochure
- Receive your profit at the conclusion of your fundraiser from online sales
When do the flower bulbs get shipped in the Spring season?
- Emails with tracking information are sent when orders are shipped
- Mid-March-by warmest locations
- Early-April-by next warmest locations
- Mid-April-by coolest locations
When do the flower bulbs get shipped in the Fall season?
- Emails with tracking information are sent when orders are shipped
- All Orders – First Orders received are the first ones to be shipped

How do I know how to plant the flower bulbs?
- Every package includes instructions for each specific flower variety
- Every package includes a QR code to our website for instructions
Do I have to make more than one order if I want to support multiple people within the same fundraiser?
- NO, you can make ONE order and include the names of all you are supporting
- Save money on shipping by placing ONE order to support more than one person within the same fundraiser

How long can I run my fundraiser?
- Fundraising with DMB is very flexible
- You choose the dates you wish the fundraise within our seasons
- Most groups allow 3 weeks to fundraise, some a little more or less
When do orders need to be placed?
- We recommend placing orders before the last day of the season
- Spring~before MAY 15th
- Fall~before NOVEMBBER 15th
How do I know when to expect my order?
- When your order leaves our facility, you can expect an email with the tracking number
- You can track your order and plan for its arrival accordingly
What suggestions does Dutch Mill Bulbs have for unboxing my order?
- For LARGE orders, we recommend two people work together for this task
- Items are distinctly marked by several factors on each label
- NAME OF PRODUCT

- COLOR BANDED
- Remove all items from the box(es) and keep like items together (All A’s, B’s, C’s…)
- Count each item (All A’s, B’s, C’s…)
- Compare to the packing slip included with your order
- Recount if necessary
- Contact Dutch Mill Bulbs within 24 hours with any discrepancy has occurred
As a leader, how quickly do I need to distribute the flower bulbs to our supporters?
- Dutch Mill Bulbs recommends distributing the flower bulbs within 24-48 hours of receiving them. Doing so will give your customers the best chances of success with the bulbs.
- Delaying delivery or storing the bulbs inside the boxes for too long is not good for flower bulbs & can potentially void our Grow Guarantee
Do our online supporters have to pay a shipping fee?
- Yes, all orders with less than 35 items will incur a shipping fee
- The shipping rates are located on our website, under shipping policy
Are the online orders shipped directly to those supporters?
- Yes, those orders are shipped directly to the address entered by your supporters
- They are shipped in the order we receive them, no waiting for your main order to be submitted
- FYI: Can be shipped to another as a gift!
Where do you ship the flower bulbs?
- DMB ships within the 48 contiguous states
- We do NOT ship to territories or APO/AFO addresses
