Dutch Mill Bulbs Fundraising Grow Guarantee Policy
At Dutch Mill Bulbs Fundraising, we stand behind the quality of every flower bulb, corm, tuber, and bare-root plant we ship. Your success is important to us, and we take pride in providing healthy, premium products.
Because 50% of each sale directly supports the fundraising organization you chose, we do not offer refunds or returns. However, we do guarantee that properly stored, planted, and cared-for items will grow and perform as described during the same growing season in which they are purchased.
Important Storage & Planting Guidelines
To ensure success and to qualify for our Grow Guarantee:
- Plant the same season you receive them. Bulbs, corms, tubers, and bare-root plants are perishable and should not be stored for future seasons.
- Poly-bagged bulbs and all perishable items must be refrigerated immediately and planted as soon as possible after receipt.
- Other items should be stored in a cool, dry location out of direct sunlight until planted.
- Follow proper planting instructions, including depth, spacing, soil type, watering, and sun exposure. See back of package or QR code on each bag topper.
Failure to follow these guidelines voids the Grow Guarantee.
What Our Grow Guarantee Covers
If your product does not grow during the first growing season after following the above guidelines, we will:
- Replace the same item (if available), or
- Provide a comparable replacement item of equal value (if the original is no longer available).
Replacements may be shipped the following planting season, depending on availability.
What Is Not Covered
- Items planted outside the recommended time frame or held for a future season.
- Loss or damage caused by improper storage, late planting, animals, pests, drought, flooding, extreme weather, neglect, or incorrect care.
- Items grown outside natural conditions (e.g., indoor forcing or greenhouse environments unless specified).
- Items for which proof of proper planting and care cannot be provided.
How to Submit a Claim
Claims must be submitted during the same growing season the items were purchased and received.
Please email info@dutchmillbulbs.com with:
- Your order details and original purchase season.
- The date the items were received.
- The date and location of planting.
- Details about planting depth, soil, and watering.
- Photos of the planting area and affected items.
- A description of the problem and your preferred replacement choice.
We may request that you unearth samples to verify the condition of the bulbs.
Claims that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for replacement.
