- Replacements Only – We will replace any item that fails to grow and bloom according to our Grow Guarantee.
- No Returns or Exchanges – Because 50% of every purchase directly supports fundraising organizations, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Items Purchased as Part of “The Works”
If any portion of our fall item “The Works” fails to grow or is found to be of poor quality upon receipt, a replacement item for the defective item will be issued.
