Dutch Mill Bulbs ships to the 48 contiguous United States only.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/AFO addresses, or U.S. territories.
Shipping Rates
- 35 or more items → Free Shipping
- 28 – 34 items → $20
- 22 – 27 items → $18
- 17 – 21 items → $16
- 12 – 16 items → $14
- 06 – 11 items → $12
- 01 – 05 items → $10
Order Processing & Method
- Orders are shipped on a First In – First Out (FIFO) basis.
- Group leaders needing to schedule a specific shipping date should email info@dutchmillbulbs.com. We will make every effort to accommodate preferred shipping dates for collective brochure orders.
- When your package leaves our facility, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can plan for its arrival.
Seasonal Shipping Schedule
Spring Fundraising Season (March – June)
Orders begin shipping mid-March and continue through June. Shipping is staggered based on weather and planting recommendations:
- Mid-March: AL, AZ, AR, CA, FL, GA, KY, LA, MD, MS, MO, NV, NM, NC, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA
- Early April: CT, DE, DC, KS, NJ, OH, PA, WV
- Mid-April: CO, ID, IL, IN, IA, ME, MA, MI, MN, MT, NE, NH, NY, ND, RI, SD, UT, VT, WI, WY
Fall Fundraising Season (September – December)
Orders begin shipping mid-September and continue through End of November. Orders are shipped on a FIFO basis (first orders submitted are the first shipped).
Important Notes
- Free shipping applies automatically to any order with all orders that total 35 or more items.
- Shipping schedules are weather-dependent and may vary slightly each season.
