Changing Your Order
Once an order has been placed, please submit any additional orders or changes as another order through the website. Due to logistical reasons, we cannot make changes to orders once they have been finalized for processing.
Order Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. We must receive your request at least 28 days prior to your order being shipped. A cancellation fee of $45 will apply if your order is cancelled with adequate notice. If you make this request with less than adequate notice, it will not be accepted and the order will be delivered as scheduled.
Claims
Dutch Mill Bulbs, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, damages to the products as a result of being left in inclement weather, freezing temperatures, etc…, damage to products as a result of prolonged travel times caused by the customer not being present, UPS/USPS or any other carrier delays, delays as a result of Agricultural inspections, or acts of God. As we make every effort to ensure your flower bulbs are delivered on time, we cannot control the shipping carrier so in turn we are not responsible for carriers late deliveries. Your decision to purchase from Dutch Mill Bulbs, Inc confirms your acknowledgment and acceptance of our policies.
Correct Address
Please be certain your address is correct on your order form! Dutch Mill Bulbs, Inc. will not be responsible for addresses that are deemed “No Such Street” (NSS) or otherwise “undeliverable” by UPS or USPS. DMB uses the address you provide to ship your order and will not be responsible for multiple attempts to ship your items.
